This month, Staff Nursing was delighted to be involved in the Wellness at Work networking event at Jennymount Business Park, bringing together local businesses and professionals to discuss the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace, and provide an opportunity to explore practical approaches to supporting employees across mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, as well as discussing ways businesses can create a healthier and more supportive working environment
We were pleased to contribute to the conversation as a guest speaker, sharing practical advice around workplace wellbeing, stress management, resilience and simple techniques that can be incorporated into the working day. The event also gave us the opportunity to introduce WellScan and highlight the importance of taking a proactive approach to employee health. Through WellScan, businesses can support their employees in being more aware of their health and identifying potential concerns at an earlier stage.
