Over the years, we’ve welcomed many fantastic new faces to the business, bringing fresh ideas, enthusiasm and energy. At the same time, we’re proud to have colleagues who have been with us for many years — the familiar faces who feel very much like part of the furniture (in the very best way!).
Earlier this year, we were delighted to launch our Healthcare Staff Long Service Recognition Scheme as a small but meaningful way to say thank you to those who continue to be part of our journey. Staff reaching key milestones are recognised during their annual update training, where they are presented with a certificate and gift vouchers as a token of our appreciation, gratitude and friendship.
Loyalty, dedication and teamwork are at the heart of what we do, and we’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built together. Whether someone joined us recently or has been part of the team for many years, every member of staff plays an important role in making our organisation what it is today.
