training and development programme
Training and development is an area of
high importance with this agency and we are working with
training consultants to ensure regular up-to-date
training sessions. At STAFF NURSING we have
implemented a training programme for our temporary
workers which include:
Moving & Handling (full training or annual up-date)
Basic Life Support
Care of Vulnerable Adults
Health & Safety at Work
our
responsibility and yours
Our registered nurses are required to
provide a copy of their PREPP portfolio and we ensure
that their registration is valid with the NMC.
All staff are
accessNI checked.
We would expect your Nursing Home to provide a short but
concise induction to the temporary worker the first time
they are scheduled for a shift.
