Statement of Purpose
Staff Nursing aims to provide a best-in-class recruitment and supply
service to our Healthcare clients.

Staff Nursing
recruits and supplies registered nurses in compliance with our own
high standards and the exacting legislative requirements of the
Nursing Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and the NMC
Code of Professional Conduct.
Staff Nursing has been providing employment solutions to health care
providers in Ireland since 2004. Our membership of the REC
(Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and the REC’s Nursing and
Social Care Division provides up to date information on changes in
legalisation and Best Practice recommendations (in addition to Alert
Letters and other communications from the Regulation and Improvement
Authority). REC legal services provide additional advice on
compliance with UK policy (including NI specific issues).
Staff Nursing has recently become a member of the IHCP.
At Staff Nursing our staff includes qualified professional
recruiters who have achieved recruitment industry accreditation and
who comply with the provisions of the Regulations. Staff Nursing
supports all internal staff working toward recruitment accreditation
with financial and training support.
Staff Nursing is committed to providing our clients with Nursing and
Healthcare staff that have been recruited to the highest standards.
This commitment is monitored by a process of internal review and
audit of Staff Nursing policies and procedures offering both clients
and staff confidence in our compliance and best practice when using
our services.

agency, supplying both temporary and permanent personnel to the
public and private sectors in Northern Ireland. Established as a
specialist agency within the Staff Group in 2004 Staff Nursing is
one of Northern Ireland’s leading providers of professional Nursing
and Care staff. We have developed working partnerships with, and
supply on contract, NHS Hospitals & Community Trusts across the
province.
